Terms of use

Last updated: 10 October 2026 · This is a translation; the Spanish version prevails.

Thunder is an app by NITSNETS SL. By downloading and using it you accept these terms. We wrote them to be understood.

1. License

We grant you a free, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use Thunder on your computers.

2. Voluntary contributions

Contributions ("buy us a coffee") are voluntary payments to support development. They don't unlock features or entitle you to anything in return: Thunder is complete for everyone. If you picked the wrong amount, write to us within 14 days and we'll refund it.

3. Business licenses

Thunder Business licenses are yearly, at a fixed price based on team size. The plan and term are stated on the invoice. They can be renewed every year, with no minimum term.

4. Third-party components

To work with video and links, Thunder downloads two open-source programs from their official sources: ffmpeg (LGPL/GPL license) and yt-dlp (Unlicense). They don't belong to NITSNETS SL and are governed by their own licenses.

5. Responsible use

6. Warranty and liability

Thunder saves every result as a new file and never modifies your originals. Even so, we recommend keeping backups. The app is provided "as is": we take great care, but we can't guarantee it will work without errors in every case. Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. None of this limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Updates and changes

We may improve Thunder, change features and update these terms. If a change is important, we'll say so on this page with its date.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence; otherwise, the courts of Alicante.
